- General Provisions
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between Shenzhen Yunjing Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) and all its clients, users, and partners. This document governs the cloud computing, software development, system integration, and technical consulting services provided by the Company. By placing an order and accepting the Company’s services, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by all provisions of these Terms.
- Scope of Services and Obligations
The Company will provide qualified and standardized IT services in accordance with the signed contracts. Our services include cloud platform operation and maintenance, customized software development, system debugging, and routine technical maintenance. The Company promises to arrange professional technical personnel to ensure service quality and complete project delivery within the agreed timeframe. Clients should provide the required business information truthfully and cooperate closely with the Company’s staff during service implementation.
- Payment Terms
All service fees shall be paid in accordance with the signed cooperation contracts. Clients must complete payment within the stipulated time. Any overdue payment will result in the suspension of technical support and service updates. The Company reserves the right to adjust service fees upon prior written notice, and the adjusted price standard applies only to subsequent new orders. 4. Intellectual Property
All independently developed software code, cloud system architecture, and technical documentation belong to the company. Customers only have limited rights to use the customized products and may not resell, copy, or distribute them without authorization. Neither party may copy or tamper with the other’s patented technology and intellectual property without written permission.
- Service Limitations and Liability
We guarantee the stable operation of the official business system, but we are not liable for losses caused by force majeure events (including natural disasters, network failures, and policy adjustments). Unauthorized modification of system data by the customer will result in service termination. The company is not responsible for compatibility issues with third-party plugins. We reserve the right to update and modify these terms without prior notice.
