This transportation policy is formulated by Shenzhen Yunjing Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “we”) to standardize the delivery, transportation, and handover processes of hardware equipment, technical accessories, and offline service materials. This policy applies to all domestic and international orders, trading partners, and logistics cooperation. We strictly comply with international logistics regulations and customs clearance standards to ensure safe, transparent, and efficient cargo transportation.
- Transportation Methods and Carrier Arrangements
We select reputable and qualified third-party logistics providers for product delivery. Depending on customer needs, cargo characteristics, and destination distance, we offer various transportation options including land transport, air transport, and international express delivery. For cloud computing hardware and precision electronic equipment, we use shockproof packaging and professional logistics channels to reduce transportation risks. All transportation routes will be confirmed with the customer before shipment.
- Shipping Time and Delivery Terms
After payment confirmation and order verification, we will complete the packaging and shipment of goods within 1 to 3 business days. The official shipping time is subject to the logistics carrier’s shipping records. Delivery time is affected by factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, and regional traffic control. We promise to regularly update logistics tracking information and promptly notify customers of any unexpected delays.
- Damage, Loss, and After-Sales Service
All goods undergo quality and appearance inspection before shipment. After the goods are signed for, reasonable transportation losses caused by logistics shall be borne by the buyer. If the goods are damaged before delivery due to our negligence in packaging, we will provide free replacement and reissue services. We reserve the right to modify this shipping policy without prior notice.
